About Frost Lacrosse
Team Frost Lacross is a year-round team made up of the most competitive athletes from around the state of Minnesota.
Poseidon Lacrosse was founded in 2021 by Arete Sport to serve the
best lacrosse players in the West Metro of Minneapolis. Arete Sport
has quickly become one of the top club management companies in
the country.
Our staff is focused on providing the best club lacrosse experience and lacrosse training opportunities for West Metro families.
Poseidon is an official club of the Arete Lacrosse League. The first
league in MN that provides local games against other club organizations. Players will be evaluated for state and national level opportunities for the most passionate lacrosse players.
